friendly staff informative staff individually prepared breakfast dark room no carpet bad soundproofing
the staff were friendly and informative, this made things very clear. breakfast was individually prepared and served, i think that is top notch. the location is ideal for the city center, very convenient.
the room was a bit dark, i wasn't expecting that. the landing outside had no carpet, so i found the noise traveled more than i would have liked. the wall between my room and the next one was not very soundproof.

sealed windows slow breakfast
the location was lovely and very close to the city centre.
The room was too small and stuffy. The windows were sealed. i had to ask the guest next door to turn down their tv at midnight because the walls were not soundproof. breakfast took 45 minutes to arrive, and the bacon was dried and brittle.

warm greeting fresh milk quality toiletries excellent location
the staff extended a warm greeting upon my arrival and provided fresh milk along with a homemade brownie. the room was agreeable and well-equipped, and everything was in good working order. i found quality toiletries in the shower, along with a thick bathrobe. the location is excellent for walking to points in the city.
the noise from those in the adjacent room was evident, also the keys under the door knob made it hard to open.

good treat homemade brownie beautiful breakfast
the location allowed easy access to nearby shops i found this aspect beneficial the homemade brownie upon arrival was a good treat the provided prosecco and glasses in our room after the wedding felt so thoughtful. the breakfast room transformed for my bridesmaids felt special holly created a beautiful breakfast spread it was a magical start to the day.
the stairwells felt narrow i noticed the older wooden floors did creak a little.

spacious room comfortable bed excellent breakfast helpful staff
I found the room very spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with great preparation. I arrived late and received comprehensive instructions to find my room key. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room lacked a little brightness due to smaller windows, but it was not a major issue.

excellent stay!
lovely bed strained yoghurt modern bathroom
The breakfasts were perfect. the granola had strained yoghurt, fresh fruit and honey. It was just lovely. our room was comfy and had a lovely bed, also there were plenty of space. the bathroom was modern and had a huge shower with lots of high pressure hot water.
